About The Artz

The Artz is helmed by Candice Cheng, a master Training Architect with more than 20 years of
in-house Training & Development experience in the luxury retail business.

As both a curriculum specialist and a module designer, Candice employs a wide range of training methodologies. Having worked across the Asia Pacific region throughout the span of her career, she has her finger on the pulse of different cultures and their various learning styles. Tapping on this expertise, she ensures that learning is fun for her audience, and that training is coupled with sufficient depth to give them a compelling reason to believe and a desire to strive for better results.

Candice’s philosophy is that the Heart is at the centre of Training and beyond – it is the driving force behind all that we do and are capable of. She firmly believes that successful, effective training can only take place when the hearts of the audience are moved to be transformed.
